Sista Girrl Tarot Poster Download
Sista Grrl is a queer Darug and Spanish artist living on Darug nation. Their art pays homage to resistance and the role of art in revolutionary ideas.
The tarot bundles are first and foremost inspired by the woman who created the most well known tarot deck in modern times, Pamela “Pixie” Colman Smith, the feminist occultist whose life’s work remains largely uncredited.
The tarot is first and foremost a tool to guide the querent on the best path. This preliminary deck honours the path of resistance and affirms that it is only through resistance that liberation and peace is found. Our ancestors, our present day communities and our descendants will always practise resistance and resilience. Each card honours different areas of Indigenous peoples culture, traditions and realities, to represent the past present or future of colonialism.
Please note: 50% of funds raised for the Blak tarot bundle will go towards First Nations mutual aid campaigns, the other 50% will go to the artist
100% of funds raised for the Palestinian tarot cards will go to Palestinian direct aid funds.
